SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

This shipping and returns policy (“Policy”) is applicable for all Products purchased by you from TASALON BEAUTY SUPPLY LLC, having its principal place of business at 30 N Gould St Ste 20784, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“EASYINBEAUTY” or “we” or “us” or “our”).  By purchasing a Product on the website www.easyinbeauty.com(“website”) owned and controlled by the EASYINBEAUTY, you agree to this Policy.

  1. Product means the products such as face care, hair care product, spa, nail care, body care and other products purchased by you on the website.
  1. Business Day means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the State of Wyoming.

 

SHIPPING

  1. Once you place the order for a Product by making a payment for the same, we will process your order within 1-3 Business Days and ship the Product to the delivery address provided by you. 
  1. We partner with reputed multiple carriers. The Product will take an estimated 2-7 Business Days to get shipped to your place (if you are residing in United States except Saipan, Guam, Mariana Islands) after the date of our processing. If you are based outside United States or in any of the locations stated as exceptions in foregoing para, the delivery is dependent on your destination.
  1. We only provide standard shipping. We may in future provide any expedited shipping and if so provided, the information about the same will be displayed on checkout.
  1. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered on time. 
  1. Shipping is free within United States only if your single order value is $49 or above. Currently, the shipping service is only available for domestic U.S. and we are working on international shipments. If you have any questions regarding international shipments, please contact us on the email address provided herein. All shipping fees are in addition to the Product price and will be shown at the time of checkout.
  1. For international shipments, you are solely responsible for any custom duties, taxes and levies imposed by local authorities and for complying with any applicable laws relating to the import, use and consumption of the Products.
  1. We will send an email confirmation and SMS with the shipment tracking number and order details to you once we process your order.
  1. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  1. We may be unable to ship certain Products to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship to your destination/country, we will notify you promptly or the same may be indicated on the website.
  1. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive by a specific time. The shipment may be delayed due to unexpected occurrences beyond our control including without limitation, Acts of God, changes to law or regulations, embargoes, war, terrorist acts, lockdowns, epidemics, riots, earthquakes, floods, disasters, weather conditions, acts or omissions of third-party service providers including carriers, wrong or incomplete delivery address provided by you or any other causes beyond the control of EASYINBEAUTY. EASYINBEAUTY will not be responsible or liable for any loss or claims incurred or sustained by you on account of any delayed or no delivery due to reasons mentioned in foregoing para.
  1. Once the ordered Products are handed over to the carrier for shipping, the risk of loss and title for the ordered Products will pass to you. We do not insure any shipments. However, if any damage to the Product is caused in transit, we will be able to replace parts or resend new products to you subject to terms herein. Please contact us if you need more assistance on this matter. 
  1. For the purposes of security, we may require that an adult person sign at the time of delivery. You will not be able to change the delivery address or any relevant information once your order is shipped and is in transit.
  1. If you intend to hold your package at the local carrier location to be picked up by you at your convenience, you can let us know by contacting us. In such a situation, your photo identification will be needed to pick up your shipment.
  1. If the shipment is returned back to our warehouse by the carrier company due to incomplete or wrong address, we will refund the cost of the Product only and not the shipping fee. If you request us to reship the same Product again, you will be responsible for the shipping charges on the order.
  1. If you think you have not received the product or if you think the address that you gave was wrong and we already shipped the product, then in such case, you need to contact the carrier company to make the claim.
  1. You may experience certain delays in processing and delivery of shipments due to the additional safety measures we have implemented to help protect our support team. There may be certain delays due to local regulations relating to COVID-19. Note that at this time you will not be able to return any specific Products for reason of "COVID-19" due to health hazard. Please contact us if you need information on this aspect.
  1. If you contact us for cancellation of the order before your order is being shipped, we will issue you a full refund and your original payment method will be credited within 1-3 Business days from cancellation processing completion.

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE

  1. EASYINBEAUTY is committed to providing full customer satisfaction with respect to the Product purchased by you. However, in rare cases, where you are not happy with the purchase decision, you may choose to return or exchange the Product as per terms and conditions stated herein.
  1. We provide a fourteen (14) day return window from your date of purchasing the Product within which you may return or exchange the Product. This means that you have to submit your return/exchange request to us within 14 days of purchasing the Product. For submitting the request, you will have to email us as per the contact details stated below.
  1. Once your return is approved by us, you have to ship the Product for return within 16 days. That means the Product should reach us within 16 days from our return/exchange approval date.
  1. We are under no obligation to process your request if you return or exchange any Product to us without contacting us first. We will ask for information including but not limited to your name, order number, order date, your contact details and reason for return.
  1. We will provide you instructions that you will need to comply if any when you make any returns of the Product. You have to organize the shipping of the Product and ship the Product only after we approve your return or exchange request. If we provide you with a return material authorization number and/or shipping label, you will have to write the same on the outside of the Product packaging
  1. We will provide the full refund for the price you paid for the Product in case of Product returns or in case if you want to exchange will exchange the Product (subject to exchange terms below) if you return the Product within the time specified above and provided the following conditions are met:
    1. The Product must be returned in the same condition (saleable condition) in its original packaging (along with all the documentation, Product tags, and branded packaging, with any accessories and any certificates) the way it was at the time of purchase
    2. The sales receipt/invoice shall be accompanied with the Product
    3. The Product must be unused and not opened
    4. There should be no tampering of any serial numbers affixed on the Product 
  1. Exchange Terms- The exchanged product sent to you will be subject to the same terms of delivery and shipping as stated herein. This means for the newly sent Product you will have to pay again the shipping charges unless your order value is $49 or more. Exchange will be offered for the same or higher purchase value product. No exchange will be offered for products bought during promotional events. For exchange, if the newly selected product value is more than the originally purchased product value, then you will have to pay the difference amount. Exchange is subject to availability of sufficient stocks with us.
  1. Only when we receive the Product physically and when we verify the Product to our reasonable satisfaction that the Product return satisfies the above outlined conditions, we will process your refund within 1-3 Business Days and your original payment method will be credited within 1-4 Business days from processing completion.
  1. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You shall have to pay the shipping charges for returning the Product. We will apply a minimum of 15% restocking fee with the maximum being 30% on the purchase value of the Product. 
  1. You are advised to send the returns by a reputable carrier with proper packaging (and obtain tracking) to ensure for the protection of Product during transit. We are not responsible for Products that are damaged upon return or missed during transit all of which is at your sole responsibility and cost.
  1. We are not responsible for accepting any returns and issuing refunds or providing exchange if the returns are not submitted in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
  1. We will not be able to issue any refund if you are unwilling to accept delivery of the Product you ordered.

 

UPDATES

  1. We may update this Policy from time to time and your act of purchasing any Product from EASYINBEAUTY constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of the amended Policy. You are suggested to visit the website for the latest updated version.
