Warranty

*The warranty period is 6 mouths  from the date of the purchase unless otherwise stated. During warranty period, if your product malfunctions, it will be replaced based on EasyinBeauty’s Terms of Service. 

If you find a manufacturing or material faulty in your purchase within 30 days from receiving date, we will cover the shipping cost and replace the faulty item.

If you find a manufacturing or material faulty in your purchase after 30 days from receiving date but within the warranty period, you have to pay for the shipping cost and we will replace the faulty item.

*Please contact us for all warranty enquiries before sending the faulty item back. Returns are invalid without prior authorization.

●This warranty does not apply in the event of: 
normal wear and tear
force majeure events which include without limitation disasters, earthquakes, fires
Theft or loss
defects or damage that is caused by misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, modification, improper storage
damages arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the product
any cause not originating from defects in materials or workmanship
exposure to adverse external environmental conditions
